What we look for

Experience at an acquirer, PSP, ISO or payment facilitator, or inside a merchant that processes at scale
Comfort with regulation — card-scheme rules, AML/KYC, PSD2/PSD3 — and the judgement to apply it commercially
The ability to tell a client something they do not want to hear, politely
